I might as well write one journal a year since my last one was for 2011 lol!

Well, fullfilled half my resolution last year and got a site up. My portfolio site is www.pattpapong.com Next step, to get a real art job. I've been apprehensive on how to do it; freelance takes a lot to get started, and a position like concept artist isn't exactly entry level. I didn't get a gig yet, but I know I've made progress. Next week I have an interview with Lastlimb, a game studio in Brooklyn. Another studio I contacted said they may need me late February. I'll come back and write here if these go anywhere. I also have a bit more idea now of who to contact for freelance illustration with book publisher.

My resolution this year is to build up enough funds to learn how to drive, because I need to do that if I go anywhere outside NY for concept art job.
